Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days from the date you received your item to notify us that you wish to return it.

  • Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

2. Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
